Initially founded as a ski resort, Bromont has now become a year-round destination. Thanks to the experience of three generations, cutting-edge facilities, and a dedicated team, Bromont now provides skiers, nature lovers, mountain bike enthusiasts, and active families with a plethora of activities and unique experiences. ZEN was tasked with collaborating with senior management to review the brand’s strategic direction and update its image to reflect the company’s offers and ambitions.
Four seasons, one identity!
In order to effectively reposition the brand and showcase its new year-round vocation, the name and logo were revamped to focus on the mountain itself. We also decided to take on a new creative direction to draw attention to the quality of the experience, products offered, and accessibility to the mountain during both the summer and winter seasons.
CUSTOMER JOURNEY AND BRAND COHERENCE
We helped build a new customer journey to ensure coherence at every point of contact. From signs to trail maps, to indoor and outdoor signage, we left no stone unturned to reinforce the brand’s positioning and make the customer’s experience a truly unique one. Despite the prestige associated with Bromont’s former visual identity, the new look was enthusiastically embraced by season pass holders, visitors, and staff.
The Nuits blanches festivities at Bromont are themed events where winter enthusiasts can hit the slopes all night long. Bromont mandated us with updating the event’s images and to develop the visuals of the promotional campaign. We created signs, web banners, and spread the word on the brand’s social media channels.
