Les Viandes Chicoine is a leading restaurant meat supplier in Quebec and asked us to help them in the launch of their B2C brand. With 40 years of experience and offering high-quality, local products, the brand’s positioning needed to echo the feeling of what it’s like to sit at a table with loved ones… Quality, from our family to yours.

Brand identity

A new identity was developed in order to launch the brand for consumers. The goal was to create a warm, family-friendly image that would be distinct from the existing commercial identity. We therefore adopted a friendly tone in all communications. For its part, the artistic direction needed to highlight pleasant moments spent with loved ones and the quality of the products offered. The packaging and promotional tools were also designed to highlight the culinary aspect of the brand and its products.

Web platform

Since the products are only available online, an e-commerce site was designed to allow consumers to stock up on the protein of their choice. We designed content that featured tips on products and mouth-watering recipes to pique the curiosity of foodies.

We also helped the company create the Chics Points loyalty program for consumers who purchased products from the online store, recommended the brand to a friend, or took advantage of a special online offer. For every 100 Chics Points accumulated, users can enjoy a $5 discount on their online purchases.
